Peanut Butter Sauce

I made this for a 4th of July BBQ and served it over pound cake with sliced bananas. Yum!

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 6 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • Combine all ingredients in a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
  • Stir over medium heat until thoroughly combined.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups of sauce.
